iPhone 6 touching problem

I am using iPhone 6 and it really slow to react when touch to operate it? I do not know how this happened..does any one know how to solve this before sending it to repair center

Try to restore your OS using device firmware upgrade mode a.k.a DFU. Use backup from iCloud, not from iTunes because it can restore the same bug. Anyway I'm afraid it's slow because of iOS 12.x.x. You gotta accept the fact 6 is too old for new OS'.
